Bradford Hills HOA Annual Meeting will be

This is where we will add in any updated information heading into the annual meeting such as updated rules and regulations up for vote, and those running for the board.  There are three board seats up for election in 2025.  If you would like to run for one of those seats, simply attend the meeting and be prepared to share briefly as to why you would like to be elected.  We will vote during the meeting.​​

HOA Dues will increase 5% to $153 for the year in Jan 1, 2026.
