This is where we will add in any updated information heading into the annual meeting such as updated rules and regulations up for vote, and those running for the board.

Election:

There are two HOA Board positions up for election at this meeting.  This is John Pyle and Bill Peppe's positions as they are simply at the end of their terms, and might re-run for the board.  If you are interested in running for one of these spots, please email bradfodhills@timmonsprop.com

Below are the proposed amendments that are up for discussion and vote at our annual meeting. These have been worked on by our Rules and Regulations subcommittee to help clean up the language of our legal documents.
