Bradford Hills HOA Special Meeting 2023 - Jan 31st at 7pm

On behalf of the Bradford Hills Board of Director’s and Timmons Property Management, we would like to invite you to attend the Bradford Hills HOA Special Meeting. The board has decided to hold a special meeting as listed below:

Tuesday January 31st, 2023

7:00PM (Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign in)

Tusculum Church of Christ

6117 Nolensville Pike, Nashville, TN 37211

This is a special meeting and the only business that will be discussed is increasing the number of board members from three (3) to five (5), and to elect one (1) to three (3) additional members to the board of directors for a term of three (3) years. The number of board members elected will depend on the decision of the homeowners vote to increase the number of board members.

Nominations will only be accepted by completing the attached candidate application and returning it to no later than January 29, 2023 at 11:59 PM.

Each candidate will be given one to two minutes to speak prior to the election of members.

Article 4 Board of Directors - Section 2 Term of Office Directors shall be elected for terms of three (3) years or until their successor is elected.

To conduct business, a quorum of fifty-five (55) members of the association must be represented at the meeting, either in person or by proxy. To assign a proxy, you must complete the attached proxy form in detail, listing the name of the person you are assigning as your proxy. You must also sign your name and give your address. Incomplete Proxies will not be counted. Please send all proxies to, on or before January 29, 2023 @ 11:59 PM.

If a quorum is not met the board will appoint one member to serve for a three year term. Please remember this is a special meeting and NO additional business can be discussed.

All homeowners are encouraged to attend this very important meeting.
