How about being rewarded for a beautiful home and lot? That’s right. We want to reward and recognize homeowners who maintain their home’s exterior and lot. Your property is a visual asset to the neighborhood.
Submit a photo from the street of your exterior property, with a supporting paragraph describing why your home, or a home of a neighbor, should be recognized as the “Yard of the Month” for Bradford Hills. Be sure to include the homeowner name, address, and your name and address (if nominating a neighbor).
Send your photos to YardOfTheMonth@BradfordHillsHomes.com

The next street sweeping is scheduled for Thurs, Nov 20, 2014 in our neighborhood. Be sure to keep your vehicles and trash cans off the street, especially that day. Actual day they perform this service may vary due to weather.
MWS (Metro Water Services) conducts street sweeping to remove debris from our streets and prevent it from entering our storm drains. Storm drains lead straight to the nearest creek or stream and are meant for rainwater only. The street sweeping schedule is posted on the Nashville Water Service site, in the “NEWS” section, and updated monthly.
Coincidentally, in this morning’s paper (Oct 13, 2014) a story about reporting power outages online. Since about 50% of people with a cell phone have a smart phone, many still have internet access when the power goes out. Or call 615-234-0000. Or online at www.nespower.com They have a pretty good power outage map and a helpful FAQ section.
In the coming weeks and months, we will be adding a new search capability to our legal documents and neighborhood rules to enable property owners and residents to more easily find applicable sections that may help plan changes to or uses of your property. This will include searches for topics such as: fences, additions and updates to exterior portions of your home, signs, parking, solicitation, traffic, storm water, and more. If you have a category that you will like us to help gather the relevant existing rules, please send an email to < Board [at] Bradford Hills Homes [dot] com. Once our CONTACT PAGE is functioning correctly, you will be able to use that for all contact with your Board.
