Fall Newsletter & 2018 Dues Notice

The Fall newsletter was mailed via USPS this week (11/10) to homeowners. Included is your favorite notice, your 2018 annual dues notice. If you own in Bradford Hills and do not get your notice by Mon Nov 20, please contact Kim at his office email and ask for a copy to be sent (and verify your address with him).

If you need another copy of the Newsletter, or the Dues notice, they are found under the “Communications” tab on the website main page.

PS: If you live in another neighborhood, do not mail us a dues payment. We get several every year from people who live elsewhere (the wonders of social media).

Street Sweeping for November 2014

Street_Sweeper_Metro_ContractorThe next street sweeping is scheduled for Thurs, Nov 20, 2014 in our neighborhood. Be sure to keep your vehicles and trash cans off the street, especially that day. Actual day they perform this service may vary due to weather.

MWS (Metro Water Services) conducts street sweeping to remove debris from our streets and prevent it from entering our storm drains. Storm drains lead straight to the nearest creek or stream and are meant for rainwater only. The street sweeping schedule is posted on the Nashville Water Service site, in the “NEWS” section, and updated monthly.

Since about 50% of people with a cell phone have a smart phone, many still have internet access when the power goes out. Or call 615-234-0000. Or online at www.nespower.com They have a pretty good power outage map and a helpful FAQ section.

New Search Capability

In the coming weeks and months, we will be adding a new search capability to our legal documents and neighborhood rules to enable property owners and residents to more easily find applicable sections that may help plan changes to or uses of your property.  This will include searches for topics such as:  fences, additions and updates to exterior portions of your home, signs, parking, solicitation, traffic, storm water, and more.  If you have a category that you will like us to help gather the relevant existing rules, please send an email to < Board [at] Bradford Hills Homes [dot] com.  Once our CONTACT PAGE is functioning correctly, you will be able to use that for all contact with your Board.
