The Bradford Hills neighborhood was built in the early 1990s in (what was then) a rural area of Southern Davidson County/Metro/Nashville TN. Shopping, schools, work, and play are all nearby. Our neighborhood is conveniently located about halfway between I-65 and I-24 just north of the Davidson/Williamson County line. Nolensville is to the south of us, Brentwood to the west. Downtown Nashville, or getting to the Nashville International airport is a short drive. All the Hospitals in the core-Nashville area (Vanderbilt, St Thomas, Baptist, HCA/Tristar) are easy to reach along with Southern Hills, Williamson County, and Stonecrest.
Bradford Hills has all the services available you would expect: Metro Police, Fire, Ambulance, Water, Sewer, Natural Gas, Electric, Telephone, Cable television, and high-speed internet.
Located in the General Services Tax district, we benefit from a lower tax rate. The Homeowners’ Association fills in the gaps by funding the street lights and maintaining the grass in undeveloped areas from your modest annual dues payable on a calendar year basis.
On this site you will find our legal documents, neighborhood rules, and resources as shared by the homeowners over time. If there are other neighborhood wide resources you would like to see added, please send us a message (using the contact page) outlining your suggestion.
