As requested at the Annual Meeting, a contact list for elected officials is provided for on the website. Go to Menu bar, select “Government Services” then select “Elected Officials” from the drop down menu.
The legislature passed the FY 2018 budget and TDOT released it’s 3-year plan. The Nolensville Rd (northern half) project is slotted for construction in FY 2020. Attached is the TDOT 3-year plan.

Your official 2017 Annual Meeting notice was mailed to all homeowners of record the week of April 13, 2017. Homeowners living in Bradford Hills should have received their notice in their mailboxes by Saturday, April 15.
The Annual Meeting will be held on Thursday, May 4 starting at 6:30 PM. Registration begins at 6:10. The meeting will be held at the Shayne Elementary School, 6217 Nolensville Pike, Nashville, TN 37211 in the school cafeteria. Park in front of the school, Enter from the cafeteria doors around the south side of the building. We will have some directional signs to help you.

(2) April 2017 Newsletter, and
(3) Official Proxy for you to vote (submit in advance or bring to meeting with you)
